500W+ fiber laser fully melts metal powder at each voxel. Complete melt pool ensures 99.5% density without binders — direct path from powder to structural metal part.

Inert Atmosphere Control

Argon atmosphere maintained at <10 ppm oxygen eliminates oxidation during printing — critical for titanium, Inconel, and other reactive metal alloy systems.

Powder Recovery
